SmartMesh IP mote

  • Take a SmartMesh IP mote of your kit and switch the “POWER” switch in the ON position. How many LEDs are blinking?

Answer 1:

  • While the SmartMesh IP mote is on, remove the blue jumper labeled “LED EN” (for LED enabled). Verify that the LED doesn’t blink. 

  • Reposition the blue jumper on the “LED EN” pins, verify that the LEDs blink. 

  • Put the power switch in the OFF position.

SmartMesh IP manager

  • Take the SmartMesh IP Manager out of your SmartMesh IP Starter kit.  

  • Plug it into your computer or switch it on. What LED goes on?
