Introduction

TempLogger is a command-line (non graphical) tool that logs OAP temperature measurements from SmartMesh IP motes running in master mode.

It connects to:

•  The SmartMesh IP Manager
•  (Over the air) The SmartMesh IP Mote running in master mode  - this is the default mode for motes in an evaluation kit.

Running

You can run the TempLogger application:

• by double-clicking on the Windows executable at /win/TempLogger.exe
• by double-clicking on its source files at /src/ bin/TempLogger/TempLogger.py (may require additional steps on non-windows OSes)

Description

Start the TempLogger application, and follow the command prompt. Once you have entered the serial port of your SmartMesh IP manager, the TempLogger application will display the temperature readings it receives from the motes.
