- create an account at https://console.eu-de.bluemix.net/
- you will be asked to choose an organization and space name, enter whatever you want
- Click "Create app" and select "Node-RED Starter"
- give it the name you want, in my case "poipoi"
IBM now creates a new server which hosts your Node-RED instance. Wait for is to start (it can take a couple of minutes)
not running running you can access your Node-RED instance at https://poipoi.eu-de.mybluemix.net/
- select a username and password
- once that is configured, you can access the flow editor at https://poipoi.eu-de.mybluemix.net/red/
