Connect you SmartMesh IP manager to your computer.
Turn your SmartMesh IP manager on.
Turn on all your motes, and what for them to join your manager.
In the TempMonitor application, select “network type: SmartMesh IP” and click “load”
In the “manager connection” frame, in the “port name” field, enter the API port of your SmartMesh IP manager. A table appears which lists the motes in your network
what are the temperatures of your motes?
Compare that to other groups
- Place a mote on a hot/cool area and make sure the reported temperature changes
get the current publish rate of a mote by pressing the "get" button. What is the default value?
